In 2007, Naomi Campbell celebrated 21 years since she began modelling. Within this time, she has further defined herself as a business woman, launching the first ever celebrity perfume nine years ago, as well as supporting a variety of charities with projects including the 'Nelson Mandela Children Fund,' 'Breakthrough Breast Cancer,' 'Fidel Castro's Cuban Children Fund' and 'We Love Brazil.’ In 2007, in partnership with the Rotary Club, Naomi pulled together the UK's largest fashion fundraiser, 'Fashion For Relief,' where Naomi used her contacts in the fashion world to raise money for the victims of the UK floods disaster.
She has already started planning the event for this year. In the coming year, Naomi will be focusing on journalism with her new role of 'roving reporter' for the UK's GQ Magazine, where Naomi will interview high profile individuals from all walks of life. Naomi is kick starting the year with an interview with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. Following this interview, GQ’s next issue will see sporting star Lewis Hamilton under fire from Naomi's unique line of questioning.

Attendance at the conference is by invitation only. DLD is produced by Hubert Burda Media.
